• Wednesday & Thursday: 4PM – 8PM

• Friday: 4PM – 9PM

• Saturday: 2PM – 9PM
  Closed Sunday–Tuesday (we’re out in the orchard or fermenting magic).

Is Hill Country Cider House family-friendly?

Absolutely! We welcome cider lovers of all ages. We even offer a rotating non-alcoholic cider on tap.

How many ciders do you offer?

We have 6 ciders on tap (including one non-alcoholic) and over 20 bottled varieties. From dry and hoppy to sweet and spicy, there’s a cider for every palate.

Do you offer tastings?

Yes! “Sips” are always free—just ask. We love introducing folks to new favorites.

Can I buy cider to-go?

You bet. Bottles are available for purchase in the tasting room, and club members get exclusive access to seasonal releases and discounts.

What’s the Cider Fan Club all about?

Members receive three curated bottles per season, discounts on all products, early access to new releases, and invites to members-only events.

Can I customize my club order?

Yes! You choose your bottles each season. Flexibility is part of the fun.

Can I host an event at Hill Country Cider House?
Yes! We host private events in our tasting room and at our venue in Comfort, TX. Perfect for birthdays, weddings, or corporate gatherings.

We sure do—ask us about themed décor, signage, and cider pairings to make your event unforgettable.

Apples & Production

Do you grow your own apples?

We source apples from Texas and beyond, and we’re planting our own orchard to deepen our local roots.

Can I learn about the cider-making process?

Yes! Club members can join us for hands-on experiences like pruning, bottling, and crushing. We also host educational tastings and workshops.
